Ningbo Zhenjia Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. manufactures temporary lighting and lighting components for construction sites, industrial maintenance, OEM fixture programs and retail private label. Our Lighting range covers LED string lights, LED work lights and lamp cords, produced alongside our power cord and EV charging lines in ISO 9001 controlled facilities in China and Cambodia.
Our lighting program is built around three product families that share the same cable, molding and assembly disciplines as our power cord business. We produce the cord, socket, switch and plug in-house, which keeps lead times and quality control under one roof.
Construction-grade temporary string lights with molded sockets, hanging hooks and heavy-duty cord. Used for site illumination, tunnel work, renovation and event lighting.
Portable hand lamps and work lights with switch and receptacle options for maintenance, inspection and task lighting in workshops and on site.
Pendant, socket and fixture cords with molded plugs, toggle switches and E26 sockets for OEM lamp assembly and DIY lighting kits.
Each family addresses a different working environment. The table below maps our current lighting products to typical applications and the specification points we confirm before quoting.
| Product Family | Typical Application | Key Specifications We Confirm | Configuration Options |
|---|---|---|---|
| LED String Light | Construction sites, tunnels, renovation, temporary event lighting | Wattage per lamp, run length, socket spacing, cord gauge, plug type, IP rating | 10W / 15W lamp heads, molded or replaceable sockets, hook or magnet mounting |
| LED Work Light | Maintenance, inspection, workshop task lighting, utility carts | Lamp wattage, switch type, receptacle rating, cord length, plug standard | Switch and receptacle combinations, cage or handle options, cord end |
| Lamp Cord | Pendant lamps, OEM fixture assembly, DIY lighting kits | Socket type (E26), cord length, switch position, plug standard, conductor size | Toggle switch, hooks, US AC plug, custom lengths and colors |
Lighting products carry the same electrical safety requirements as power cords. We mold our own plugs and sockets from flame-retardant PVC and use stranded copper conductors sized to the current and run length of each configuration.
Our lighting components are produced on automated assembly lines with in-line testing. Every production stage is subject to documented quality control under our ISO 9001 Quality Management System, and our testing lab verifies electrical performance before shipment.
We develop lighting products from customer drawings or samples. Our R&D team works from the working point, mounting method and target market to define the cord, socket, switch and plug combination.
Voltage, wattage per lamp, total run load, plug standard (US, UK, EU), switch rating.
Cord length, socket spacing, lamp head style, mounting hooks, strain relief, color.
Target market certification path, marking, packaging and documentation requirements.
String lights and work lights are installed by the end user, so we design for straightforward mounting and safe handling. Strain relief and molded connections reduce pull stress on terminals, and replaceable lamp heads extend service life on site.
To prepare a lighting configuration and quotation, we work from the following project inputs. The more precisely these are defined, the faster we can confirm the cord, socket and lamp combination.
Lighting installations often require matching power and extension components. We supply these from the same manufacturing base, which simplifies procurement and keeps certification consistent across the project.
We manufacture LED string lights, LED work lights and lamp cords, along with the molded plugs, sockets and switches used in these assemblies. Our lighting range is produced in the same facilities as our power cords and EV charging products.
Yes. Our R&D team develops and produces products according to customer drawings or samples. We confirm the electrical and mechanical specification, then build samples for approval before production.
Our products hold key safety certifications including c(UL)us, ETL and CE, and our facilities operate under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. The applicable certification depends on the product configuration and destination market, and we confirm this during quotation.
Yes. We supply lamp cords, string light sockets and wiring as components for OEM assembly as well as complete string light and work light products. Component supply is useful for customers who assemble fixtures in their own facility.
We need the application, lamp wattage and quantity, total run length, supply voltage and plug standard, switch or receptacle requirements, target certification, annual volume and delivery destination. Drawings or samples help us confirm custom configurations.
Packaging is defined with the customer and can include retail-ready cartons or bulk packing for OEM assembly. We confirm carton dimensions, labeling and pallet configuration as part of the order specification.
