Ningbo Zhenjia Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. manufactures Range And Dryer Cord assemblies for electric ranges, ovens and dryers. Our range covers 3-prong and 4-prong configurations built around NEMA 10-30P, NEMA 14-30P and 50-amp appliance interfaces, with copper conductors, eyelet connectors and molded plugs produced in our own facilities.
We supply appliance OEMs, electrical distributors and project buyers who need stable cord sets for new equipment builds, replacement programs and aftermarket kits. Because we control granulation, extrusion, assembly and testing in-house, we can hold the conductor gauge, jacket material and termination geometry that each appliance platform requires.
Our appliance cord range is organized around the two load classes that dominate North American electric cooking and laundry equipment: 30-amp dryer circuits and 50-amp range circuits. Each cord set is assembled from stranded copper conductors, thermoplastic or rubber-jacketed cable, a molded or assembled plug, and a terminated appliance end with eyelet connectors for field wiring to the terminal block.
The range is deliberately narrow so that tooling, crimp settings and test fixtures stay dedicated to these high-current assemblies. That focus lets us quote repeatable configurations quickly and keep dimensional consistency across production lots.
50-amp appliance power cords for freestanding ranges, built-in ovens and cooking equipment. Available as 3-wire and 4-wire assemblies with eyelet terminations.
30-amp cords for electric dryers, covering NEMA 10-30P 3-wire and NEMA 14-30P 4-wire configurations with 10-gauge copper conductors.
Range and dryer cords are selected by the branch circuit they connect to, not by the appliance alone. A 30-amp dryer branch requires a 30-amp cord set with the matching plug geometry; a 50-amp range branch requires a 50-amp cord set. The plug must match the wall receptacle, and the appliance end must match the terminal block layout inside the unit.
Older installations often use 3-wire circuits with a combined neutral and ground, while newer construction uses 4-wire circuits with separate neutral and ground conductors. We build both so that replacement and new-build programs can be served from one supply source.
| Parameter | Range Cord | Dryer Cord |
|---|---|---|
| Circuit rating | 50 A | 30 A |
| Wire count | 3-wire or 4-wire | 3-wire or 4-wire |
| Plug interface | 50-amp appliance plug | NEMA 10-30P / NEMA 14-30P |
| Conductor | Stranded copper | 10-gauge stranded copper |
| Appliance end | Eyelet connectors | Eyelet connectors |

Beyond the standard table, we adjust cord length, jacket color, strain relief, ring terminal hole size and plug body marking to match the appliance drawing. Configurations that carry ETL or c(Ul)us listing are produced to the same construction as the listed sample.
Conductors are stranded copper for flexibility at the appliance terminal block. Insulation and jacket compounds are selected for the temperature and abrasion conditions inside a range or dryer cabinet, and molded plug bodies are produced with the pin geometry and polarization required by the mating receptacle.
Our facilities operate under an ISO 9001 quality management system, and our power cord and adapter products carry c(Ul)us, ETL and CE certification. Certificates of compliance are available for the specific construction being ordered.
Range and dryer cords are installed by attaching the eyelet-terminated conductors to the appliance terminal block and routing the cord through the strain relief. We supply cords with pre-formed eyelets sized to the terminal screws used on the target appliance, and we can include installation instructions with each carton.
Standard packaging is individual poly bag or sleeve, then master carton. We can print carton markings, barcodes and retail-ready labels to the program requirement, and we coordinate shipment from our China and Cambodia production bases.
With these inputs we confirm the construction, prepare a drawing for approval and quote against the approved specification.
Range and dryer cords sit within our broader electrical connection range. Buyers building a complete appliance or equipment program also source Power cord assemblies and Extension Cord products from us, which share the same conductor, molding and testing platform.
Yes. We produce 3-wire and 4-wire range cords at 50 amps and dryer cords at 30 amps, including NEMA 10-30P and NEMA 14-30P plug configurations. Both types can be supplied from the same order.
Our 30-amp dryer cords use 10-gauge stranded copper conductors, matching the current-carrying requirement of a 30-amp dryer branch circuit. Range cords are built with the conductor size appropriate to the 50-amp circuit and the approved drawing.
Our power cord and adapter products hold c(Ul)us, ETL and CE certification, and we produce listed constructions to the same design as the certified sample. Certificates of compliance are provided for the specific construction ordered.
Yes. Our R&D team develops and produces cords according to customer drawings or samples, including cord length, jacket color, eyelet size, strain relief and plug marking. We issue a drawing for approval before production.
